I've been following on and off, and to be truthful, I don't understand too much of it. But now you're being ruled by conservatives, apparently. It makes sense (voting wise - voters the fickle bastards always try to switch during recession) but it doesn't really ease the pain D: D: D:.
Also, the coalition? In the US, we had a SUPER MAJORITY of Dems in BOTH HOUSE AND SENATE, and they fucked the ball up. Badly. It's getting to the point where I personally believe that Obama is on the verge of strangling them with his magic powers. He's expressed frustration several times. They don't seem to get his message.
