I actually have a very strong suspicion that Tetsu is one too. I've heard a lot of complaining about him on Japanese boards (what little I can read) about him being bossy, cold to friends, shallow and materialistic from his 'Tetsugaku' interviews, but I always thought it was more or less just common sense.
I can only imagine the number of people that think that about ME now. Shoot.
"Trying to anticipate every contingency," (oh yeah) "Masterminds never set off on their current project without a Plan A firmly in mind, but they are always prepared to switch to Plan B or C or D if need be."
I don't know what amount of wangst that has cost me. I stress over the smallest details (I've been known to drive myself to tears over things that seemed ridiculously unimportant in hindsight).
"Although they are highly capable leaders," (Tetsu anyone?) "Masterminds are not at all eager to take command, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead."
That sentence in particular is so true it made me laugh quite literally. I guess I find it amusing in the sadistic sort of way.
"Masterminds do not feel bound by established rules and procedures, and traditional authority does not impress them, nor do slogans or catchwords."
This one is particularly true as well. (e.g. my primary school principal VS me)
"In their careers, Masterminds usually rise to positions of responsibility, for they work long and hard and are dedicated in their pursuit of goals, sparing neither their own time and effort nor that of their colleagues and employees."
Tetsu again. ^^;
"Masterminds are highly theoretical, but they insist on looking at all available data before they embrace an idea, and they are suspicious of any statement that is based on shoddy research, or that is not checked against reality."
